Welcome to the June edition of FOCUS! Following recent funding applications, we are pleased to have made grants to existing charities, Beder, Oakleaf Enterprise and Music in Hospitals, and two new ones, Soundwell, who provide Music Therapy for those with severe mental illness and Articulate, who support Homeless Adults with Therapeutic Arts Sessions.

Oakleaf is our featured charity for this month, reporting on their “healthy eating on a budget” courses and intern Sophia Chowdry explains how to make Healthy Eating easier. But first of all, hear how Nathan McAdam Freud got on at the European Ironman Championships in Hamburg.
