Intro
Welcome to the January edition of FOCUS! We have recently celebrated ten years since foundation and are delighted to say, we are still going strong with a committed and enthusiastic team of Trustee Officers. We are a small charity with no hidden costs, no salary payments and we are passionate about helping others to improve mental health through the charities we support.
Recently we successfully completed our first Big Give Campaign and exceeded our target, raising over £12,500. This means we can support several charities, like Maggs our featured charity this month. We couldn’t have done this without your support, which we are very grateful for, but our work doesn’t stop there, and we are already planning events for 2025. As well as investing a lot of time in fundraising, over the next few months we will be looking at other areas of the Trust, for example how we communicate with our supporters and also the projects we support.
– Esther, Vishwa and Poppy have redesigned our social media image, which can be viewed on Instagram and Facebook.
– Josh and Niall have created a fresh look for FOCUS, which you can see here and hope you like as much as we do!
– The website is currently under review, and we will be adding some short videos, infographics and regular news items – we are pleased to see in the last three months our website views were up by 50%.
