Welcome to the October edition of FOCUS, which includes fundraising reports from the Three Peaks Challenge, the Venice Marathon and the Warwickshire Triathlon. There is still time to show your support for all fundraisers with a donation.
This month’s featured charity is Music in Hospitals and Care, a charity which improves the health and wellbeing of adults through the healing power of live music. Our Mental Health feature is written by Hannah Marles, who explains the connection between Music and Mental Health. Last but not least, this is a FINAL REMINDER for our main fundraising event for the autumn, “Sessions with Beer, Harris and Freud”.
