Welcome to the September edition of FOCUS, which includes more success stories from Nathan McAdam Freud, who has recently completed Ironman Wales and Ben Carr who took part in the Stratford Half Marathon. This month’s featured charity is Just Life, whom we have supported since 2019. Just Life advocates for the hidden homeless and those living in temporary accommodation. Our Mental Health feature is written by Hannah Marles, who explains the importance of Social Connectedness. Last but not least, we are excited to tell you more about our fundraising events for the autumn, The Three Peaks and “Sessions with Beer, Harris and Freud”.
